The slide deck I used at researchED Ballarat 2026
Thank you to those of you who came along to researchED Ballarat this year! As always, it was a privelege to learn from and talk to some of the best and most passionate people in education.
I felt so lucky to get to hear from the incredible David Didau, Bron Ryrie-Jones, Dr Ben Jensen, Dr Nathaniel Swain and Dr Jenny Donovan. Events like this are always energising, and I’ve left again with pages of notes on new things to try or papers to read.
My session focused on some of the research into implementation science and change management at a schoolwide level and how leaders can turn that into actionable steps to initiate a shift in their school - essentially turning the research into a structured process that can be adapted to facilitate change efforts. Thank you to those of you who came along!
